This island is located in the southwest Cyclades and features unique natural landscapes resulting from volcanic activity, as well as stunning beaches. It is also the birthplace of the famous marble statue Venus de Milo, now located in the Louvre Museum.
Milos Island has many natural wonders, including hot springs, caves, and geological formations due to its volcanic past. The island is also home to several archaeological sites, including early Christian catacombs and the Bronze Age settlement of Phylakopi. In addition, the Mining Museum displays Milos’ mineral history dating back 11,000 years.
