
Paxi is a peaceful island known for its beautiful beaches, underwater caves, small bays, and green hills. It was named the Cultural Village of Europe in 2004. According to legend, the island was separated from Corfu by Poseidon’s trident to be a home for his love, the Nereid Amphitrite.
